I thought I'd post part of my process for animating a "Scardey Squirrel" scene. Usually to get the acting right, an animator would make a very loose and rough first pass at the animation, using few key drawings and "breakdowns" to get a better idea on how to animate the scene before going through the time consuming process of doing final drawings.
